What do I do next?
Once you've ordered your software and received your activation key, the next step is downloading the installer.
You can access your download is by typing the name of the product in the search bar at the top of this page.

Clicking on the product name in the search bar will take you to the support page, which includes:
- A product overview
- Download links
- Installation instructions
- Additional resources
- System requirements
- Useful support articles
- Troubleshooting information
- Advice to help you get the most out of your software

Activation keys
Most of our products require an activation key, either to complete the installation or unlock the full product.
Your activation key is included on your invoice and looks something like this

To complete the activation process, your computer needs to be connected to the internet.
You may be asked to provide some registration details, such as an email address or organisation name. This is purely to help us locate your activation key if you lose it. or need to transfer your software to a different computer.
ZIP files
Some of our software includes additional resources. If this is the case, thsee files may have been added to a ZIP.
A ZIP file is like a digital suitcase that packs multiple files together and makes them smaller, so they’re easier to store and send.
To extract the files from the ZIP, please follow the instructions on this page:

Once unziped, you can run the installer and open the additional resources.
