This key is affixed to the licence agreement that was included in your product packaging. If you would like to view the wording of the licence agreement, you can view a copy of it here.
If you have lost your licence key, please request a lost licence. The following information is required for a replacement licence key. You may need to refer to your original invoice and if you are requesting a lost licence key on behalf of an institution you must email us from a your institutions domain.

- Licence type:
- Reason for replacement:
Replacement serial numbers are issued solely at our discretion and all the information in the form is required.
If you are a network administrator, and require details of how to apply a site licence when distributing software over a network, please see the relevant support article for the title you are installing.
Some products require online activation using an activation key. The activation key is affixed to the licence agreement included in your product packaging.
If you have an internet connection on the machine you are installing it on, then the software will attempt automatically activate the title when installation is complete. If the machine is not connected to the internet but you have access from another machine, then you can perform an activation by visiting our online activation server. Here you can enter your activation key and the registration ID generated by the activation assistant. This will provide you with a licence key that you can enter to complete activation.
Please remember the following:
- Keep your activation key safe. This represents your licence to use the product and replacements can only be issued in exceptional circumstances.
- Your activation key ties the software to that machine. If you want to install the software on a different machine, you will have to uninstall and deactivate it from the first one.
- If you wish to return software for a credit or refund under our returns terms, you must uninstall and deactivate the software before returning it to us or your request for credit may be denied.
If you have any difficulty activating your software, please email Inclusive support.
If you require any support with activations or lost licence key for a 3rd party product, please contact the software publisher directly as we will be unable to re-issue lost keys or reset activations for their titles. You can usually find the contact details on the product packaging or on the product's support page.
