Licence Keys

If you have a software title published by Inclusive Technology, you may be required to enter an activation key during the installation procedure. This key is printed on your Shipment Note and Sales Invoice. If you would like to view the wording of the licence agreement, you can view a copy here.


If you misplace your paperwork or activation key, our Sales Team will be able to retrieve it from the original order. To help us locate these details, we'll need the product title and one of the following:

 

  • Either the Sales Order number or Posted Sales Invoice number
    or...
  • Your Customer Number and approximate date of purchase 


If you don't have access to the information above, we may be able to locate your order with the following information:


  • Product title
  • Your post code
  • Approximate date of purchase

If the original order details cannot be located, replacement activation keys are issued solely at our discretion.


If your organisation has purchased a site licence for one or more of our titles, you are eligible for the MSI installers (suitable for network/remote deployment). If you would like to request an MSI, please email our Support Team with details of your order.

Software Activation

Our software requires an active internet connection to verify the activation key and unlock full use of program. If your computer is connected to the internet, activation will be attempted automatically during installation. 


If your computer is not connected to the internet, please email our Support Team to request an offline installer.


Please remember the following:


  • Keep your activation key safe. This represents your licence to use the product and replacements can only be issued in exceptional circumstances.
  • Your activation key ties the software to that machine. If you want to install the software on a different machine, you will have to uninstall and deactivate it from the first one.
  • If you wish to return software for a credit or refund under our returns terms, you must uninstall and deactivate the software before returning it to us or your request for credit may be denied.

If you have any difficulty activating your software, please email our Support Team.

Third Party Software

If you require support with activation keys or lost licence information for a 3rd party product, please contact the software publisher directly as we are unable to re-issue lost keys or reset activations for their titles. You can usually find the contact details on the product packaging or on the publisher's support page.
