Our support team can provide remote assistance by securely connecting to your computer to help resolve any issues. To do this, we use a free program included with Windows 10 and 11 called Quick Assist. To arrange a convenient time for a session, please email [email protected].
Starting the session
Hold down the Windows, Ctrl and Q keys together to launch Quick Assist.
Alternatively, you can type Quick Assist into the Windows Search Bar and open the app via the Start menu. The icon looks like this:
When prompted, enter the code given to you by our Support Team and click Submit.
This will allow us to connect to your computer and make the necessary changes.
