We are able to offer a remote support service where a member of our support team can temporarily take control of your computer and assist you with any problems you may be having. Please contact Inclusive Support to arrange a suitable time for the remote support session: [email protected]
To start the session, search for and open the Quick Assist app (included free with Windows 10 and 11).
When prompted, enter the code given to you by our Support Team and click Submit.
This will allow us to connect to your computer and make the necessary changes.
