Are you experiencing an issue installing, configuring or using our software?

Our support team can provide remote assistance by securely connecting to your computer to help resolve any issues. To do this, we use a free program included with Windows 10 and 11 called Quick Assist

To arrange a convenient time for a session, please email [email protected], including the order details for the product you require help with.

Starting the session

After a convenient time has been agreed, we will contact you prior to starting the session to guide you through the process. To open the Quick Assist program:

1. Hold down the Windows, Ctrl and Q keys together to launch Quick Assist.

If you struggle to hold these three keys down together, you can type Quick Assist into the Windows Search Bar and open the app via the Start menu. The icon looks like this:

2. When prompted, enter the code given to you by our Support Team and click Submit.

This will allow us to connect to your computer and make the necessary changes, whilst you watch.

Once the session has ended, you can simply close the Quick Assist program and continue using your Inclusive Technology software.
