1. Overview
BJOY Ring wireless is a USB device that converts your wheelchair's joystick into a mouse to control your computer and compatible tablets and smartphones wirelessly. It gives users full control of a computer, tablet, or communication device by moving their joystick as if it were a standard mouse.
The device is designed to support users who already have good control of their wheelchair joystick and want to use the same movement to interact with digital technology.
- The ring fits around your wheelchair joystick
- Tilting the joystick moves the on-screen pointer
- External switches are used for left-click, right-click, and other actions
- A wireless transmitter sends signals to a USB receiver
- Settings are stored on the device, not the computer
BJOY Ring Wireless can also be used with a cable instead of wirelessly if needed.
2. Key features
- Wireless Mouse Control – transforms a wheelchair joystick into a Bluetooth mouse.
- Plug & Play – simple setup, no drivers required.
- Customisable Settings – pointer speed, dwell click options, and button assignments can be configured.
- Rechargeable Battery – charges via USB, with long usage time.
- Compact & Portable – lightweight and easy to attach/remove from a wheelchair joystick.
- Switch Input - includes two configurable switch ports for mouse-clicks
The detection ring is connected to a transmitter paired to the receiver, which is plugged to the device that you want to control.
Each transmitter can be paired up to 4 receivers to be used with different devices or in different places.
