1. Overview

AMAneo USB is a small adapter that sits between a computer and a mouse. It helps reduce the effect of hand tremor on mouse movement and makes clicking easier using adjustable filters and timing options.

It is designed to smooth mouse movement for people with hand tremor. It electronically filters unintentional shaking so the on-screen pointer moves more steadily.

It also includes:

  • Adjustable tremor filtering
  • Optional click delay
  • Optional automatic clicking (dwell / click timer)
  • Support for external switches or sensors for left and right click

It works as a plug-and-play USB device and does not require any software or drivers.

2. Who's it for?

AMAneo USB is suitable for:
  • People with hand tremor who find mouse control difficult
  • Learners who overshoot targets or click unintentionally
  • Users who benefit from delayed or automatic clicking
  • Settings where assistive mice or external switches are used
It can be used at home, in school, or in therapy environments.

3. Setting up (step by step)

Connect AMAneo USB to the computer

    • Use the supplied USB cable
    • Plug the micro‑USB end into the port labelled USB PC on AMAneo USB
    • Plug the other end into a USB port on the computer

    2. Connect a mouse

    • Plug your mouse into the lower USB port on AMAneo USB
    • Wired USB mice work
    • Wireless mice with a USB dongle also work
    • Bluetooth mice are not supported

    3. Connect external switches (optional)

    • Plug a switch for left click into socket S1
    • Plug a switch for right click into socket S2

No drivers or software are required - the device works immediately.

    4. Using the AMAneo USB

When the status LED is green, AMAneo USB is in normal working mode.
You can use the mouse as usual, with tremor filtering and click support applied based on your settings.
    Special behaviour with external switches
    • Switch in S1 only: acts as left click, mouse buttons are disabled
    • Switch in S2 only: acts as right click, mouse buttons act as left click
    • Switches in S1 and S2: all mouse buttons are disabled
This can help prevent accidental clicks on the mouse itself.

    5. Adjustments & options

There are three buttons on the top:
    • Selection button (Settings)
    • + button
    • – button
The status LED changes colour to show which setting you are adjusting.

Tip:If the pointer feels slow or fast compared to a direct mouse connection, adjust mouse speed in the computer’s settings.

    2. Use + / – to set the delay
    3. No bars = no delay
