⚠️ If the user is unable to record new messages or change the level, it's most likely due to accidental activation of the Record and Level locks. For quick reference, the process listed above is printed on the back of the device:

10. Overlays
⚠️ If you laminate your overlays or place them in plastic wallets, ensure they are not too thick, as this may prevent proper contact with the touch-sensitive membrane underneath. This can result in the incorrect message (or no message at all being played).
11. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible cause | What to try |
| Message won’t record | Record lock on | Turn off record lock |
| Level won’t change | Level lock on | Turn off level lock |
| Wrong message plays | Wrong level selected | Check level LEDs |
| Wrong message plays | Overlay is too thick | Remove the overlay and try again |
| Recording cuts off | Message too long | Keep within time limit |
12. Warranty
The GoTalk Lite Touch devices have a 2 year warranty. If you experience any issues with your GoTalk, please email [email protected].
