Overview
eyetuitive for Windows is the world's smallest embedded eye tracker that uses advanced AI-based eye tracking software algorithms. It uses eye and face detection with neural networks and is the only eye tracker with a dedicated accelerator chip/processor for neural networks.

Where can I download the eyetuitive software?
The eyetuitive app can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store. Type 'eyetuitive' into the search bar to access the download:

eyetutive and Grid 3
As of December 2025, eyetuitive is fully compatible with Grid 3. It is listed as a supported eye tracker, meaning features such as snap-to-item are available. The eyetuitive is identified in Grid 3 as 'GazeFirst' (the manufacturer).
Important: if eyetuitive doesn't appear in Grid 3, please update the device firmware in the eyetuitive app.
Eye gaze works in the eyetiutive app, but not in Windows
There is a known issue in Windows 10 and 11 where the Eye Control bar becomes blank and eye gaze no longer works in Windows (yet does work in the eyetuitive app). The issue occured after Windows Update (KB5055627) was released in April 2025. Mircosoft have been notified of the issue.
Uninstalling the update will restore functionality. The following Microsoft Support article explains how to uninstall updates:

You need top make sure Cursor Mode is selected in the eyetuitive app (see image below, left-hand menu).

If you need to get back to the eyetuitive app whilst in cursor mode, first click the arrow in your task bar to show your hidden icons, then click the eyetuitive app (see image below):
