Understanding error messages

Invalid Registration ID

This error message appears if you enter a valid activation key, but one that is for a different product. For example, if you try and activate Attention and Looking with a Choosing and Learning key, this is the message you will see.
Similarly, if you try to activate the Spanish version of Attention and Looking with a key for the English version, you will see the Invalid Registration ID error message.
Each translation of the software (currently English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish) has it's own set of activation keys. They are not interchangable between localised installers.
Incorrect Activation Key

This error message appears if the activation key entered is incorrect, or does not contain the necessary hyphens.
Valid keys are five sets of four alphanumeric characters, separated by hyphens, e.g. 1234-ABCD-5678-EFGH-90JK
The keys will never contain the letters O or I. To eleminate confusion between the numbers 0 (zero) and 1 (one), we excluded the occurrence of these letters.
