The Inclusive ClassMate is an all-in-one learning device built for SEND classrooms, resource bases, and assessment settings.

It combines:
  • A Windows 11 Pro PC
  • A 21.5'' touch-screen
  • Over 50 of our bestselling switch and touch accessible software titles
  • Support for touch, switch, and external access methods
  • All software is pre-installed and works without an internet connection.

Please note - PC and monitor brand, model and specifications may vary.

What's included?

The PC and touchscreen components arrive in three boxes:

  1. Touchscreen monitor
  2. Small Form Factor (SFF) PC
  3. VESA PC cage

Unpack each item and put the packaging to one side. You should have the following items:

  1. Touchscreen monitor
  2. Power cable for monitor
  3. Small Form Factor PC
  4. Power block for PC
  5. HDMI cable
  6. USB cable
  7. VESA cage (including four securing screws)
  8. Keyboard and mouse

Assembly instructions

1. Attach the VESA cage to the back of the monitor, making sure the slot for the PC is facing upwards. Secure the cage to the back of the monitor (using the four screws supplied with the cage).

2. Once the cage is fitted, slide the PC into the cage (as shown below) and secure it using the thumbscrew on the rear of the cage (circled red).

3. If you’re going to use Wi-Fi, screw the antenna into position.

4. You can now connect the HDMI and USB cables to the monitor and PC.

5. Next, connect the power block to the PC and the power cable to the monitor

You are now ready to power the computer and monitor on.

Troubleshooting

Exiting the Inclusive Software

There are two ways to exit the software titles on your ClassMate PC:
  • Press the Escape key on your keyboard to access the menu screen, select Quit from the menu (this will return you to the Desktop).
  • Swipe down the screen with two fingers. This will emulate the Escape key and return you to the menu screen. Select Quit from the menu to return to the Desktop.
If you don't exit the software via the menu, your screen resolution may not return to the native resolution (instead, staying in 800x600). If this happens:
  • Right-click in free space on the Desktop
  • Select Display Settings
  • Adjust the Display resolution to 1920x1080 (recommended)

Warranty

The PC and touchscreen monitor both include a 1 year warranty. If you experience any issues, please contact [email protected].
