FAQ's

My mouse doesn’t respond to movements and shows solid green light

If the device is disconnected from the charger, shows a solid green light and doesn’t respond to pressing the power button, it means that the device is stuck. To continue it will be necessary to wait until the device battery runs empty and the device resets itself. Disconnect the device from the charger and when the indicator light turns off, wait one hour to guarantee that the battery is empty and the device is reset. At this point, the device can be charged and will be operational.
